In order to get the best use out of your dry brush, we recommend using it on dry skin before showering. Start at your feet and work your way upwards. If it hurts, you should use the brush with less pressure. Dry brush 1-2 times per week.
You should not use this particular brush on your face. The skin on your face is more delicate and needs something a little softer. If you want more information, read our blog post on Dry Brushing!
